ZENPAW Publisher is a private desktop publishing tool used by the owner of the Zen & Paw channel.
The application uses Google APIs and YouTube API Services and may integrate with TikTok APIs to manage the Zen & Paw content publishing workflow.
ZENPAW Publisher is not currently offered as a public service and is intended for use in managing authorized Zen & Paw publishing activities.
ZENPAW Publisher may access the following Google and YouTube data after the user grants permission through Google OAuth:
YouTube channel identity and channel information
Video titles, descriptions, tags, publishing schedules, and related video metadata
Videos selected by the user for upload
Thumbnails selected by the user
Playlist information required to place uploaded videos into the selected playlist
Google Sheets data used to manage the Zen & Paw publishing workflow
ZENPAW Publisher does not request, collect, or store the user's Google or YouTube password.
When TikTok integration is enabled and authorization is granted, ZENPAW Publisher may also access information provided through TikTok's official APIs, as described in Section 10 of this Privacy Policy.
The information accessed by ZENPAW Publisher is used only to perform publishing tasks requested by the user, including:
Verifying that the authenticated YouTube channel is the intended Zen & Paw channel
Preparing and uploading videos
Scheduling videos for publication
Setting video titles, descriptions, tags, and other publishing metadata
Setting thumbnails
Adding videos to the designated playlist
Recording publishing status and YouTube video identifiers in the publishing management spreadsheet
Authenticating authorized TikTok accounts where TikTok integration is enabled
Uploading or publishing authorized content to TikTok where supported
The application does not use Google, YouTube, or TikTok user data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
OAuth authorization tokens may be stored locally on the user's computer so that the application can access authorized services without requiring a new sign-in each time.
Publishing metadata, YouTube video identifiers, and publishing status may be stored in the user's Google Sheets publishing management spreadsheet.
Where TikTok integration is enabled, TikTok authorization tokens or related authorization information may also be stored locally as necessary to provide authorized publishing functionality.
ZENPAW Publisher does not operate a separate remote database for storing Google, YouTube, or TikTok user data.
ZENPAW Publisher does not sell user data.
User data is not shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Information is transmitted to Google, YouTube, or TikTok only when necessary to provide the publishing functionality requested by the user through their respective official APIs.
ZENPAW Publisher does not disclose authorization credentials or access tokens to unrelated third parties.
Locally stored OAuth tokens remain on the user's computer until they are deleted or authorization is revoked.
The user can stop the application's access to Google services by revoking the application's permissions through their Google Account.
Locally stored Google authorization tokens and application data can also be deleted from the user's computer.
Publishing records stored in Google Sheets can be deleted by the owner at any time.
Where TikTok integration is enabled, TikTok authorization may be revoked through the applicable TikTok account settings. Locally stored TikTok authorization information and related application data may also be deleted where applicable.
ZENPAW Publisher uses official OAuth and API authorization mechanisms and does not collect or store Google, YouTube, or TikTok account passwords.
Access tokens and credentials are intended to be stored only on computers controlled by the authorized user.
ZENPAW Publisher communicates with Google, YouTube, and TikTok through their respective authorized API connections.
Reasonable measures are taken to protect locally stored authorization information from unauthorized access.
ZENPAW Publisher does not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Google Workspace API data is used only for the application functionality requested by the authorized user.
ZENPAW Publisher uses YouTube API Services.
By using ZENPAW Publisher, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
The use of information received from Google APIs is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
ZENPAW Publisher accesses YouTube data only after authorization is granted through Google OAuth and only for functionality required to manage the authorized publishing workflow.

ZENPAW Publisher may integrate with TikTok APIs, including the TikTok Content Posting API, to support authorized publishing of video content to TikTok.
When TikTok integration is enabled and authorization is granted, ZENPAW Publisher may process information provided through TikTok's official APIs, including:
Authorization information
Access tokens
Basic account information
Information necessary to upload or publish authorized content
Publishing status or identifiers returned by TikTok APIs
This information is used only to provide requested TikTok-related publishing functionality.
ZENPAW Publisher does not request, collect, or store TikTok account passwords.
TikTok authorization credentials and access tokens are handled only as necessary to provide authorized API functionality and are not sold to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
TikTok authorization may be revoked through the applicable TikTok account settings. Locally stored TikTok authorization information and related application data may also be deleted where applicable.
Use of TikTok services is also subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the functionality of ZENPAW Publisher or its use of Google, YouTube, TikTok, or other third-party APIs changes.
The current version of this Privacy Policy will be published on this page.
Any material changes to how user data is accessed, used, stored, or shared will be reflected in an updated version of this Privacy Policy.
