ZENPAW Publisher – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of ZENPAW Publisher, a desktop publishing application developed for managing and publishing digital content associated with the Zen & Paw brand.
1. About ZENPAW Publisher
ZENPAW Publisher provides tools for managing content publishing workflows, including preparing, scheduling, and publishing video content to supported third-party platforms.
The application may integrate with services including Google APIs, YouTube API Services, and TikTok APIs where authorized by the user.
2. Third-Party Services
ZENPAW Publisher may connect to third-party services through their official APIs. Use of those services is also subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.

ZENPAW Publisher is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, YouTube, or TikTok.
3. Authorization and Account Access
Users may be required to authorize access to supported third-party accounts using OAuth or other official authorization mechanisms.
ZENPAW Publisher does not request or store third-party account passwords.
Access tokens and authorization credentials are handled only as necessary to provide requested publishing and account-management functions.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must use ZENPAW Publisher in compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, API terms, and community guidelines.
The application must not be used to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized content.
5. User Content
Users remain responsible for content they upload, manage, or publish using ZENPAW Publisher and must have the necessary rights and permissions for that content.
ZENPAW Publisher does not claim ownership of user content.
6. Availability and Changes
Features may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued as necessary to maintain compatibility with third-party APIs, security requirements, or operational needs.
Third-party platforms may change or discontinue their APIs at any time, which may affect certain ZENPAW Publisher features.
7. Disclaimer
ZENPAW Publisher is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable operation, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zen & Paw shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of ZENPAW Publisher or third-party services.

Information about data collection, use, storage, sharing, and deletion is described in the ZENPAW Publisher Privacy Policy.
